I strongly agree with everything said by VP and Wesley in their carefully considered, respectful and well crafted statements. As said, much has been stated before, but it is helpful to restate and clarify for those who choose to misrepresent. Thank you for bringing out into the open some issues that have been general knowledge for some, but possibly unknown to others- including the issue of other board members seemingly ceding their authority to BG. If they have given up their authority as BODs, then obviously they should complete the process and give up their seats. There should not even need to be a shareholder vote. They should simply resign. And for accepting what appears to be the transfer of their legal authority, BG should resign as well.

You additionally brought up the issue of land access to our claims. It appears likely that BG- in all his wisdom- has bungled this (despite his wanting to present himself as the ultracompetent businessman) and not only failed to secure land access, but actually may have unnecessarily, through arrogant missteps, created a situation impeding access to our claims.

I will also, for the umpteenth time, again ask of BG the question of pending lawsuits. I see where it is stated in the Q-10 that there aren't any. The fact that this is an apparent misrepresentation, makes it an even more serious matter and even a potential SEC violation. It is an important matter. Aside from the question of appropriateness and fairness- pending lawsuits are an impediment to any potential deals.

Most importantly- it is a sad state of affairs that we have to be discussing  these issues and not how we get to drilling- which we all shareholders should hopefully want. The question is whether BG's approach is getting us there. VP did address this issue. JB did the crucial scientific and geologic work to define our targets. He also laboriously took us through the long, slow but necessary permitting process and was at the point of attempting to secure the funding to get drilling started. I certainly acknowledge that he had not been successful in his efforts to secure funding- although it seems that some of these efforts may actually have been undermined by BG- and that, despite this- BG- as the competent businessman/lawyer- was brought in to accomplish this final important task. JB successfully completed his tasks- has BG completed his? He has only one goal- to secure a funding deal for drilling. Where is it? I would be more than happy for him to silence his critics Monday with the announcement of a deal. So let's hear it. We don't need to hear about grandiose plans for becoming the Czar of a region wide development scheme- that would be nice if it were to  come about- and we all hope for HM to expand to just such a region wide project. But none of this will happen if we can't first simply drill a few holes. We need to get that drilling started- and that should be the first - and right now - the only priority for whomever the CEO is.
