Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
"There are no powers of attorney executed by any Board member for any purpose related to Liberty Star."
Tracy, it seems you are at least partly correct. If you are wholely correct, then something is wrong someplace. Or should I say there are more things wrong than we know?
For my part, and after multiple readings, I see that I may have misunderstood the language at the bottom of the form 10-K from last May. It could be viewed as a Limited Power of Attorney for the purposes of the 10-K filing, and not that of a General Power of Attorney as I implied earlier. That said, neither of these terms is used. However, by this writing, I withdraw that portion of my 5-part posting dealing with this subject.
Still, I find it objectionable that at least a plurality of board members would not add their own signatures to official company documents.
Thanks for your assistance in this matter.
