I believe what VP was saying and the correction he was making is that it is a limited power of attorney and not a general power of attorney, and limited to just this legal form.  I still don't really like it, but if it is limited to that then I just have to be honest and acknowledge that it isn't quite on the same level as it would otherwise be. 

Having said that, there is plenty to be concerned about with BG's leadership, particularly not wanting to have a shareholder election.  HKipp has alluded to a misleading statement on the 10k regarding pending litigation and possible spoiling of deals by BG.  I don't know enough on the latter yet to comment, but I do get the sense that something is off.  More open and honest communication from BG might help to set the record straight and people's minds at ease, but I have great doubts that this will happen. 

I would continue to invite LBSR directors to offer their inputs and insight here so we know they are still functioning as an oversight board, and let us know what they have been up to.  I don't know the legalities of such, though.
