Nothing said precludes BG from proceeding with his purported deals. We actually agree that he should go forward. I've actually said that several times. The point is- no potential deal, real or not, is a given until it is concluded, and so more potential deals the better. So why close out the possibility of JB's deals? Again- proceedng with JB's deals does not in any way prevent BG from going forward with his. But BG is choosing to block JB's deals. Why is that okay and why is he blocking them with a lawsuit? We haven't heard an answer. A statement about BG's deals is not expected, but a statement and explanation as to why a lawsuit against JB is going forward in our name and our expense and most importantly, at the expense of funding for drilling, is expected. I also agree that messy controversy is not helpful and should be avoided if possible. So if this lawsuit in question is as pointless as it seems- and BG cares about entertaining as many deals as possible- for the good of we shareholders- then he should end the contoversy and drop the lawsuit and invite JB back in forthwith. (Simple- unless there is some crazy personal vendetta or animus on BG's part. If so- we need to hear about it- because it would be in direct conflict with his fiduciary duty. That's what this is really about.)
