Message: Re: Why are other Board members silent?

Anybody thats owned, or headed, any type of business for any significant amount of time has faced, or will face, a lawsuit. No one is safe. Its the new American Dream: forget all the hard work,  find someone who has already done the work, find a reason, any reason, and file that lawsuit. File enough of them and youre bound to eventually get lucky.

Several other board members have also faced (and lost) lawsuits with other businesses (including those they independently own). BG has seen his share of suits (common sense, thats many lawyers bread and butter) but he has been involved on the recieving end of those as well. Many of the other companies he worked for faced lawsuits. Especially notorius is AECOM, in which (according to his Linkedin account) he was VP and Regional Managing Attorney. Of course he didnt run the company (which employes almost 90K workers) but if his profile is to be believed, he likely had a major influence. Aecom has faced class action lawsuits from SHAREHOLDERS, among other significant legal actions. Do a simple Google search for "AECOM lawsuit" or "AECOM fraud". The results are overwhelming. Im not saying BG is responsible for those actions, truth is Im not interested enough to do a serious search to find out. But as Ive said before: Birds of a feather.
