There in lay the difficulty of getting what we are worth. This is why I think the real money is selling ourselves as part of the Teck deal to an outside company. And that brings us to the How long question. We really are worth a lot more than Teck is going to pay out right so we might as well try for the long game. Typically in that scenario we can get up to 5 times the coing concern. If our NPV share is 1.4 billion then it becomes 7 billion as far as the market is concerned. Anything over 5 billion is pure bonus turf in todays market environement. It would only take 3-4 years to get there. Yes the risks are horrid but $$$. Hmmmm. We can take $3.71 now or triple it in 4 years. 4 years to become a millionare? Worth it.
