It is based off sub clauses that have time frames and relates to the claw back of finance. Take the JV clause for example. It has a timeframe. Why? Why can't it be within the same 120 clock? What happens to the specification if Teck move to back in tomorrow? Why must it be done in 60 days? Was this an arbitrary number of days?
