I believe the 4 year clause is within Liard. I think Prospekt is better versed than I with this regard. Once we recieve our portion of the Liard shares upon BFS release then it plays a role.

That being said, I believe Elmer has mentioned it publicly and perhaps during the webcast/conference call. Can someone else confirm that this is the case?
