Elmer said they would have to build the road and power line to spend the money fast enough. Those items are not part of SC itself. Did he mean that we would consider those items as part of the project? Or was he referring to the portions only on our land? If that's the case then it is looking like it might be hard to spend the money wisely and those items, on our land, would be needed just to meet the contract. Now thta's funny. If he thinks it would be hard for them I'd bet he's right. That firms up some of the vagueries. It also means our contractor, Lecore, might have some problems with man power. That does fit with what I said about the looming manpower shortages for BC should some or more of the projects get the go ahead.
