If you don't believe the clause is relevant then why bother to even discuss it? Mr. Stewart said the clause is solid, BUT the lawyers can always find something to mess with. I do not think CUU had any desire to tangle with TEC lawyers and neither does TECK with CUU lawyers, it goes both ways. I agree with you there will be a buyout. All this stuff is just a fun distraction while we wait.
