If we didn't have a deal do you think Ernesto would be blacked out, or do you think we would continue pretending he hasn't been privvy to all the info. and therefore could continue to finance the operations.. We obviously don't need anymore financing.

For the last couple of months we have been marching, slowly, toward a sucessful conclusion, Teck recognizing us on their website was particurlarly positive to me, the strange drilling season, on again/off again indicated something was in the works and now everyone blacked out really tells the story.

We have enough accountants on the board of directors to indicate to me that tax considerations will be front and centre and I also would opt for a Jan. closing giving us an extra year to play with all the money and plan to minimize the tax liability.

It will be really nice to move on to the next investments with a pocketful of cash.....chunky
