The blackout simply means that they know something that we do not. That's not that hard to imagine seeing how we've been told absolutely zero info about the feasibility study.

The blackout is not some mythical event either. It was annouced in their Q3 financial statements.

"The term of these options have been extended to 10 days after a blackout period which is defined as the interval of time during which the Company has determined one or more participants may not trade any securities of the Company. The Company was in the Blackout period at July 31, 2012."
