Thanks golfyeti for the heads up. Teck must have the completed document now if everyone is in blackout. This is good news as the end is very close. I also am speculating that part of the wait was for Teck to go in with a partner also ( perhaps BHP). Teck has always partnered with other big players on big projects like this to reduce their risk so it would not be unusual for them to do so.
I am thinking BHP because as most of us know they were in Tucson Az a few weeks ago. And who is headquartered in Tucson? - BHP. Coincidence? And one thing that has always got me wondering was why did Elmer pick up another property in Az to explore when he was so with our BFS? Where did he find the time to find out about this when he was so busy?
Perhaps someone tipped him off to it, someone that had an interest in SC and is also very interested in acquiring both properties as part of an acquisition deal. Then there was DM's comment about leaving this property for the next company to explore. Slip of the tongue? Put two and two together and things are looking more clearer now. Nevertheless, we will soon see what transpires, which I don't think will be long.
