You guys are mixing up various blackouts on various occasions.

Look at the last time David Bought: Sept 17th 2012 and Ernesto exercised his warrants Oct 24th.

So we know that in September 2012 , David, Ernesto and Jason we're not in a blackout.

It's this simple:

Executive insiders (that have an input on Feasibility) are:

Elmer, Mike, Cathy, Hector, Cam, Shane

They all had options that would have expired 10 months ago, they didn't and they still have not been exercised = The executive insider blackout has lasted for a minimum of 10 months, and I think it started in Dec 2011 when Elmer was invited to the Liard board. He needed to be on that board for the negotiations to begin.

As for the Non executive insiders, Directors, David, Ernesto, and Jason: They're in blackout now but obvioulsy we're not 2 month ago in Sept (last time David bought).

Safe to say that they've been in blackout after Ernesto's last PP closed Oct 24th.
