it is fine for Tech to have the drill cores for the waste (am not sure if they would have been given too CUU when CUU took over) even if they do exist they are no use to us for getting an offer from someone else, Tech has us sewn up

This story relies on us proving what we have and then a find a bidder. Then Teck will come to the table. Otherwise Teck gives us their deal.
