Well that's it it's a private company that CF owns shares in I don't know either how to access info regarding Laird,both Elmer and Mike explained it to me at the last PDAC when I asked if there is anything that might get Teck to act on SC and I really didn't think about it until Elmer brought it up again when I called the office a month later ,it's  the reason why we keeped a small portion of shares in Larid. Teck  originally objected to Elmer being on the board but they relented after Elmer told them there is no way CF should not be on the board since we are shareholders and gave CF a seat at the meetings which they will be having in the coming week,I'm sure if you call the office he can explain it to you better I'm not really that versed in many things mining and you can probably dig deeper and understated better. I know Spitfire called and Elmer confirmed it with him. If you do call please let me/us know if I misunderstood.
