I don`t want to be a hard cookie, but we also had "some leverage" before the JV agreement.  They decided to change all the rules.

From what I`ve seen in the last years and the type of feedback I got recently from Elmer, I don`t think anyone will want to force Tecks hand if both parties are not ready.  This would not come without any consequence.

In my opinion, they will work with Teck and take all the time needed.
