Just to clarify, Elmer never told me about the Laird thing.  I know I have PM’d you, CuuWinner, asking about the significance of that as you’ve mentioned it a number of times, but I have personally never talked to Elmer about it.  I hope there is a clause or something to pressure a decision of some sort.  Whenever I have asked Elmer about what we can do to get a production decision he always tells me ‘if it is economical than they will develop it’
