Many have said that Kry should have filed for arb when grz did or shortly thereafter. My understanding was that if kry filed for arb that there would be a (change of control) which would trigger the bond re-payment. Kry was walking a fine line. Now with this termination letter the bondholders may have to be paid . If china doesn't help here than it is a reverse split or a bankruptcy. Is this correct?
If the above scenario is correct than why have so many said that we should have filed long ago. Kry would have forced the bond repayment. Kry would be bankrupt because at the time the Chinese were not in the picture.
My point is simple. Drop the whole " we should have filed for arb sooner", It was just not a viable option at the time.
