For the moment the key factor to any possibility of arbitration is getting reasonable fianancing to allow us to get through the process. Basically, our claim is excellent and damages massive, but if we cannot fund the process or have to give away the farm to get there, we are greatly diminished.

One key that you must understand is that in the end, arbitrators do whatever they deem "fair" to do and are not constrained by the usual common law.

The above by no_bear is the most important post in this forum since Hugo garroted us. It exactly defines our dilemma. Go back to the source, reread it and give it a green thumb.

It pinpoints where we stand. Anyone who thinks otherwise is deluding themselves.
