MOM,
I would love nothing more than to give the noteholders just $0.40 on the dollar. I am a shareholder after all, and the less potential dilution, the better. I'd love to get a $600million-$1.5 billion dollar arb ruling with the current 400 million shares outstanding.
Maybe you should negotiate on our behalf :) I have a gut feeling that Fung might be a little too nice to the Bondholders (kinda like he was to the underwriters and pump & dump hedgies ), even though they weren't very nice to us in the past.
So, now they're up to $0.60 cents on the dollar, hmmm........somebody might just be a little more confident than a couple weeks ago.....
a good sign for shareholders? I hope so.
