Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
OK no_bear, I'll do my best. Be aware that most of these posts recently were in response to specific questions addressed to me posted on this board. As is this response to your specific questions....
A couple of quick questions to give me a perspective on your posts:
(1) do you actually own a postition in Crystellex
Not at the present time. I have in the past.
(2) are you a lawyer? If so, do you actually have experience in international arbitration?
No. I am not a lawyer and I have not been personally involved in international arbitration. I have been involved in several commercial court case that went to higher courts and arbitration at a national level. I have also sued lawyers ... and won....
I can answer yes to all, and I find many of your posts lacking in validity -- your answers to these questions might help me understand your agenda.
I don't have an "agenda", but you must admit yourself that some of the proposals and theories that have been posted here recently are rather fanciful, and few bother to point that out.
You have made many comments on arbitration over the last month that I have ignored, but that I find specious and lead me to believe that you have never done international arbitration (I have done many cases personally), so I must wonder why you comment about what you do not understand.
Please be specific on what exactly you feel that I have misrepresented.. A generalised statement about what I do or do not understand without any supporting facts can only make me doubt your own agenda. I don't claim to know the process in detail and please feel free to correct any mistakes. I won't be offended.
While this is a more interesting board than GRZ, please make your situation clear so that I can weight your opinion as informed or not.
I do own GRZ and have done so for some time. I have lost a significant sum on that stock due to the Venezuelan situation and I believe this is a parallel situation.
If your answers are in the negative, are your posts here simply to pump your GRZ position or what, as you have no real information or knowledge that bear on the present circumstances
I'm not interested in "pumping" anything. I simply presented my views and put figures to them. Anybody else can do the same and the fact that GRZ's case is in progress may give some indication to those here who are interested and have not followed it, how it has worked so far.
Where my statements were opinion, I indicated that by the language I used or by stating specificly IMO.
