Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I'm sure that they have all the documents but that isn't the problem.
The problem is whether there are additional copies that are no longer in their control.
Obviously all the duplicate drill cores are still in Venezuela and it is normal to store, classify and organise these cores so they can be used again later for check assays etc.
If the data to identify, or the markings on the cores can be utilized to indentify the location of the origin of those cores, then a new operator can use these cores for new assays and save millions in drilling costs and years of time. Unless we know that these cores are encoded in such a manner to prevent their reuse then that data, while not on paper is still valuable and still available to whoever has control of the site.
