Up until recently, I would never have believed that we would be on opposite sides of the fence, but here we are.

There are a couple of things that puzzled me when I read your post.  Your reference to the projections of buying an unknown business in the next 12 months was one of them.  Do you know what company is being considered?  I haven't a clue.

What if we lose the lawsuits?  I thought that the merger/acquisition was being worked on to insure future income.

Twenty years ago, Turley was barely out of college and two years ago, he was not yet on the board.  How can you fault Turley for what has happened or not happened in the past?  I think it is incredibly unfair to make such strong judgements regarding his inability as a CEO after only 4 months.

Only 20 million in the bank?  You failed to mention that there is now no debt or that the warrants are gone.  How many months/years have shareholders complained about that?  If I'm not mistaken, we are also buying back shares.

Your request that we DO SOMETHING/ANYTHING does not square with my ideas on being responsible.  A bad decision is worse than no decision at all and could conceivably wreck the company.

The daily announcements and details of upcoming events cannot be discussed by company officials.  How can you be sure that nothing is being done?  Being very aware of Turley's and Tredennick's past performances, I have a lot of confidence in whatever they are working on.  Sorry to disagree with others.

It is becoming more and more apparent that some here want to unseat Turley.  Do you have any thoughts on who would replace him?  Who would your dream CEO be?
