it's obvious to me that @24 company's at let's say 5 lawyers 10 peralegals each on the low end, brings us to let say about 120 lawyers 240 peralegals,Iam sure the count must be 5 times more , anyway they all must have looked at the obvious side of things for there clients .
so on that alone it must of been obvious to JT along with his extensive knowlege of all the patents that the obviousness was not an issue for him.
not that he didnt look at the obvious it just seems obvious.
he knows the strength of the MMP.. he is betting his career, wife and childrens future on it, which is obviously more than what some of us would do.
