Such is the chance these (all) companies take (and by association, us investors), facing many forces in the process. My earlier comment regarding where Avot was in respect to others who claim to have leading-edge technology and approaches was an attempt to express the same concern. Without the benefit of details, we can only hope right now that with Patriot's assistance (via their investment in Avot Media), Avot may stand a better chance for success. I retain my position in PTSC partially based on the hope for success on this and other of PTSC's similar investment- and M&A-related actions.

BTW, I'll bet that Frank Zappa has recorded many of his fine works on Ampex magnetic tape and/or recorders. I know I have.
