The fact that our BOD owns zero PTSC stock should tell us a lot. They were warned not to get in bed with TPL/DL as he is as crocked as they come. We should have at least had a PTSC representative over seeing and approving licenses for our MMP and NO comingling. For all we know TPL/DL sold our MMP for penny’s on the dollar while getting a lot more for their own when they comingled the licenses. Clearly it's a conflict of interest.

The question would be would TPL/DL change their tune if threaten by jail time and/or disbarment? What leverage do we have in solving this predicament our BOD has put us in?
