Well, I guess that is the point we keep overlooking when we ask where is the pr. It is not PTSC who decides whether or not to do so, even if the license terms allow it. PTSC would be in breach of contract to unilaterally decide to pr any license w/o OK from TPL or the court. If there is no pr, it is simply because Leckrone does not see it in his best interest.
