I largely agree with that, but I'd add with similar certainty that I doubt discovery will sit well with Johnson, Felcyn and Flowers either.And in that joint exposure, I think is the most likely impetus to a settlement for both sides.Additionally, avoiding the embarrassment and liability for these players, that discovery would likely bring, might also be the impetus for some price appreciation to PTSC’s pps, in the event PTSC looks to a buyout as an exit strategy.

Time will tell, provided not too much time is required to bring a resolution of some sort.
