In all fairness, I'm not arguing differently. I interpet at least to mean a minimum and a few to be at least 3 years.

A minimum of 3 years from now meaning at total of about four and one half years. Seems like an exaggeration to me. You specifically mention the Js and I believe that was just a tad over 2 years. Corrections welcomed.

In any case, I'm not looking for whether or not most people believe it will take that long. I was, and still am, looking for an opinion of someone who is in a position to know whether or not the statement is an exaggeration.
