In all fairness....does one really need to be an attorney to make a statement that a trial could take a few more years. Just look at the timeline for all the cases we have tracked beginning with the J3. Nothing seems to move quickly through the courts and Leckrone seems to take advantage of every opportunity to stall and/or ask for extensions of time.

I certainly hope that 2012 will be a year for prosperity on many fronts. Good luck to all of us.
