Absolutely no doubt that the court win puts Patriot in a far better position than where it was. At the very least, it makes companies take notice. And clearly a loss would have been devestating.

On the flip side. with the uncertainty still, new licenses may continue to be in the same vein as all the other more recent ones to date. The HTC and Apple payments didn't help the cause. And I understand that Patriot may go back for another bite at HTC, but that's in the future somewhere. In the present, those numbers hurt.
