And just to close the loop so we are all on the same page, the CAFC will most likely not be used to appeal an adverse ITC final determination because there isn't enough time to make it worthwhile at the ITC because by the time we might win the appeal, the 336 will have expired and can not be used to bar imports into the USA. It would be better to have the legal team focus on the NDoC. That strategy is TBD IMO and I'm hopeful there are plenty of companies that will settle for legal fees before PTSC goes after the remaining chip manufacturers at the end of this story.
