To me the volume today speaks "volumes". :)

There was quite an interest to get in on NOT today with the highest volume we've seen since April 25. It looks like folks think that the bottom is in so I would expect something of an ascent over the next week and some, leading to another news event. Genuities report no doubt will add some entry confidence maintaining their $7 target.
