Regarding requirements and benefits, there is nothing formal yet. The main benefit would be that our voices as retail shareholders will be heard and we would have some influence to make things max out.

Why should only large, institutional shareholders play a prominent role? Collectively we would have some weight and influence that can't be ignored.

Requirements? Well, you should be a POET shareholder. And if we go formal, a small membership fee could be required to cover the costs. But as a POET shareholder, that shouldn't be anything to worry about. ;-)
