Andrea, I think that we have a perception problem here .
The British and I suspect Germany view of an Association is significantly different from the North American view. Associations in the the UK are benevolent, helpful, public spirited organisations in nature, which have nothing to do with Trade Unionism. I don't think there's such a distinction exists in Canada or the USA.
I still feel that the sort of Association we envisage for POET retail shareholders, loosely encorporated less formal with clearly stated aims could be useful given certain events.
However, I think we should respect that the majority here think differently. I agree with Turr that there would be some value putting this on the shelf but I would like it to be given some structure first. The founding document could be drafted for example.
