Wow you guys are starting to get paranoid over this informal association thing. Like you are management and you're worried about some employees trying to form a union.

I'd suggest you worry a little more about a situation where Sheldon and his company or any companies for that matter might want to take over POET. I would think that to not be very likely but I can bet you right now that many here would jump in a heart beat at getting an offer of $5/ share for their portion of the shares and we don't have SRP in place here yet.

In the mean time I don't worry to much about that stuff. I fully trust the company and i also don't worry about any association here causing any problems. So what's the big deal?

Only thing is i'm not interested in any formal association with laywers and all that crap and there is no need. All we need is a voice of opinion with a little clout behind it in case of seeing something that we don't like. Anyone who sees that as being bad may be a little bit to trusting of the system and the way it works and the way greed works. Just sayin
