Babaoriley, I agree with most of what you said. An important point is that the discussion has evolved to the idea of an informal association which avoid all sort or legal hassles. And it matches nicely with Rob's share counting initiative. You further explicated this in your post as well as the option to represent x% of the outstanding shares.

Still I don't understand how people could think this could be intended as an opposition against management! It is not. The intention is nothing more than to give us small shareholders the same option large shareholders have per se: to be heard. Don't you think this is legitimate?
