Why confusing? He is saying that POET "do not expect to be ever".
This in my understanding (not native english) means, that they want to have a business plan comparable to ARM and get royalities and NRE for their IP.
They don´t want to have a fab as this would take 3-5 years minimum to set it up...
This is what I read. Not confusing at all and just stating what we know anyway.
Am I wrong?
