You are absolutely right, FJ.
Once the PET PDK is out + some specs verifying its power - and power consumption, there will be a tremendous race to be the first in the market. ARM, Qualcom, Samsung, Apple, all the 1st tir companies will be on the scratch!

3-5 years? No, they will put all their developement power in. Clearly the first to have PET processors and consumer products in the market will rule the market. They will not care about their "old fashioned" and pricy "sillycon" chips. I can not believe that they really will follow their investment plans for FINFET once they realize the potential of POET. They will need their developement units for "the race"!
