Imagine POET would be an engine technology running with 30% gasoline, the rest water, but resulting in 5 times the horsepower of a normal engine. Do you think Crysler would need 3-5 years to develop a new car with such an engine?

Ok, this is a weared example, and every developement work needs some time and quality control, but there are also ways to speed up such processes. Fab 2.0 is one of them.
