dischino - Hope I didn't come off harsh, but I'm pretty sure if/when they're released on pacer they're public knowledge and I stuck it in the DD-Link for investors benifit.

I find it highly unliky a company will settle before being sued but not improbable. And if/when I jump the gun on anything in the Agora links I hope someone will PM me to correct it or doit themselves - actually would be nice if others partook in it, I'm sure there's other views/ideas/perspectives.
