!) You are right. From the company's point of view it makes no difference. At this stage all EDIG cares about is to get some money for the infingement and acquire a list of technology companies who are it licensees. That is what they wanted since day one. To license their technology to others who would pay them some royalty for its use...

2) However, it does make a difference from the stand point of the shareholders. Publicizing a list of WHO IS WHO of technology companies, as givers of $1.6 million each to EDIG for infringing on its technology, shall have definite impact on the PPS. Yet, in the long run its immediate value may demenish because of the effect it may have on DM'S efforts to maximize "Settlements" without litigation...

We are just going to have to swallow hard and play by the rules set forth by DM on this one...
