Given the 1.6 from LG is our only known amount i choose to go low or realistic as the NNN's would say as not to get slammed with the hype label . Since the discussion was turning to a negative becuase of the 10 year time frame .
My point was the 10 year time frame (If it does take that long ) Even at the low levels ( 2 mil ) isn't such a bad situation anyway !!
When we get a couple more settlement amount known to us we can play the 10 year senario again with the amounts ajusted up and
PARTY ON !! 3 mil X 18 = 54mil X 60% 32.4 mil a year X 10 years ??
