Sounds like the words LL has been using for some time. He may not be as polite as you in stating the obvious but was constantly criticized for his comments as being totally negative. There may have been times when he stepped over the boundry,but others do as well, yet no problem.

I happen to agree with your observation.

This board has shown an acceptance to positive statements, but no tolerance otherwise. As a result we have lost valuable members.

I cannot understand why edig /DM do not reveal the name of the company we have settled with. It could work to our advantage to list the name as do many involving much larger amounts, sometimes in the multi/hundreds of millions.
