We were told countless times why by the contrarain and others; that if these first defendants settle without a marksman and just on their presumed understaning of the patents validity based on our assertins/claims, that if we can't seek a specified amount and stick to it, but instead have to negotiate back/forth until a minimal/acceptable amount is reached; that then the defendant can say, yes we agree but our name can-not be in a PR. And imo edig probably is lil embarrased to say the amounts anyway, so we keep it hidden as a bargining chip to boot.
