"But, DM has yet to WIN a case. "

Most understand that with over 170 infringers, settlements are wins. Few cases go the distance by design and it is clear that EDIG/DM's strategy is to go the way of settlement rather than get bogged down in long drawn out legal maneuvering...which, as an investor, I find quite pleasing.

Some infringers are bit players while others represent much deeper pockets. The key is to maximize the opportunity and recognize this is an investment and keep moving forward.

The more others see the opportunity the higher the the investment is valued. We have MUCH to point to today that we could only imagine in years past...fortunately DM saw it the same way and took the case on a contingency basis and is delivering in real time.

If DM keeps providing bank on a relatively steady basis for EDIG, shareholders win.

Spending ones time punching at others whose investment objectives are in kind serves no purpose, especially since opinions are just that.

The opinion that EDIG is a big buy here is one in which we should all be invested.
