"A settlement is NOT a win. it never has been and never will be. Statement to the contrary confuse and mislead people.

Like I said, if I have it wrong, please correct me BL"

BL, you have it wrong.

This is an investment, not a patent assesment class and we win when EDIG makes money and the pps moves north.

If Nunally/DM/EDIG continue on the course they have chartered the past 4 years then from where I sit, that is validation and we win. I doubt anyone, save the pinheads, misunderstand my investment references and are all very much focused on the past 4 years of EDIG's patent efforts moving forward.

The system is designed for settlement. A settlement is a win for EDIG, if it collects money. There are wins and big wins and we await larger and more settlements. Every eVU sale is a win, every penny added to the EPS is a win and should the PPS move north, that is an investment win...the only win that really matters.

If you are confused that EDIG needs to win complete validation via the court system ala ptsc, you might be disappointed in your investment results for much longer time.

EDIG needs to make bank at an increasing rate, move into tier 2 rounds and impress investors that this is a buy.

Unless I forgot, this is an investment forum and I talk about "wins" in that context and most understand that. I think you confuse more people talking about the course ptsc took rather than looking at where DM is taking us, as if we are in that boat. Last I looked it was clear sailing in real time.

We will have plenty of time to deal with new developnments should they arise, when they arise.
