Kind of like PTSC did ?

EDIG is not defending a particular product they designed or sold. They are going after those that used the technology or pathways referenced in the patents for YEARS to their financial advantage. EDIG is looking to recoup a piece of those revenues, past, present and future.

As long as the infringers see it DM's way, why pursue a validation process that could muck up the investment for years to come? Why would you want to risk that and wait another 3 years for an unknown?

If DM asked SAMSUNG for $4 million and got $1.3, that is reasonable. If DM asked for $100 million and got $1.3 million, then I would be a bit more concerned. However, we will never know those details...but keep in mind that SAMSUNG was a first round, tier one candidate through the eyes of DM, so I doubt they went for the big numbers.

The fact that the company has differentiated round two from the first and has designated tier 1 and 2 companies indicates a strategic approach by DM...and RP indicated that to me years ago....regarding their strategy that he said would eventually become apparent.

I would leave it to DM at this point rather than declare your legal vision and path to validation as the only way to go at this point to "win", and focus on DM's strategy, being that they are the ultimate insider into EDIG's technology.

So far, so good the way I see it....8 for 8 and counting.
