"Exactly what kind of authority are you?"
Like I said....go read the patents and I will discuss the issue.
OR perhaps as you comment here>>>>>>
"You say Tier 1 is very much apart of Micro OS. Please prove that in some way. Where has DM EVER said anything like that?"
I note that you email with RP in one of your prior posts......send a note and see if he answers you.
I challenge the rest of the board to do the same.
Like I said......
There will be no work around "tier one"(if tier one represents the intermediate data handling high speed memory hardware issues I have on my mind) for the manner in which e.Digital practices.
That would involve the high speed cache schemes and the bit stream managed I/O the flash, or whatever the media involved. This particular cache management would require a data structure similar to MOS management.....hence, it is a very big part of the MOS background environment.
The test for "tier 1" infringement is to disrupt the bit stream between the flash and the cache scheme.....which ends a file execution.
RP ended a similar discussion before with an answer regarding the use of e.Digital IP beyond flash....perhaps he will end this one.
If you want to challenge me, then discredit my statements.
